We specialise in the sourcing and sale of good quality used modular buildings (up to around 850 sqm), our approach giving considerable advantages for our customers! Apart from the highly sustainable aspect involved with recycling pre-owned modular buildings in this way, ideally directly moved from their purchased location and therefore avoiding expensive double-handling costs, the entire process results in less impact on landfill, a considerable applicable reduction in transport movements (less carbon emissions) cranage and labour and the resulting high attributable cost, much cleaner, quieter and safer working areas, overall programme (preparation and delivery) times are much improved and it allows customers to gain, where appropriate, much more space for their money. All are very valid considerations in any purchase of a modular building.

Most buildings already have suitable layouts; offering all the internal facilities that you may require, but should you so wish we would be happy to discuss and can, subject to additional cost, alter any layouts accordingly to your design as well as take care of all the aspects involved with an installation.

All our used buildings are guaranteed where appropriate for 12 months and will comply with the current 2006 Part L2A Building Regulations.

In review, the cost savings available for any prospective purchaser of a pre-owned modular building are simply incredible up against an equivalent new manufacture and any we offer represents excellent value for money.
